Mark is an accomplished leader in Strategy and Human Resources, with a blend of strategic vision and people-centric leadership. With over 20 years’ industry experience in Engineering Services, Construction and Talent Acquisition. Mark has successfully developed and executed comprehensive Business and HR strategies to align with organizational objectives that foster a culture of growth and inclusivity. His experience includes the management of change management, large-scale recruitment campaigns, workforce planning, and the design and implementation of comprehensive business strategies. He completed an MBS through UCC and has held positions as HR Director and Head of People & Culture before joining the Atlantach Team in July 2023.
