What our employees say:

My role involves daily co-ordination with the client and contractors. I walk through the I&C equipment, for example: PLC and RIO panels, process instruments, control valves etc. I generate snag lists by identifying any deviations from the design documents. Performing FAT on all the I&C equipment, ensuring the completion of FAT’s, updating the progress and follow-ups. Commissioning itself is the phase of the project where we get the opportunity to fix and correct if there are any deviations, make modifications accordingly. This gives me immense satisfaction when fixing any issues with I&C equipment and ensuring they intend to work as per initial design and documentation. Atlantach is an employee friendly company, allows flexible work environment and gives upmost priority to safety of the employees. Employee and management communication is very simple and straight forward. Atlantach often arrange informal get together events which is very important to get to know each other and builds team morale. I would recommend aspiring I&C trade personnel to explore opportunities with Atlantach.
