Job Purpose

You will work with the recruitment team to source and attract highly skilled talent into the organisation in Ireland.

You will be part of an ambitious growth minded team; you will learn from experienced management who embrace and support continuous professional development in a hard-working but fun environment. Our people are our key resources, and the Recruitment function is a key strategic part of our business here at Atlantach Technical Services. You would be an integral part of our Technical Resource Managers team.

Opportunity to Work from Home on a Full-Time basis with travel required as necessary to support business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage with active and passive candidates across all recruitment platforms and tools available
  • Sourcing potential employees to create a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screening candidates and conduct telephone or Microsoft teams to assess applicant’s suitability for roles
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment and on-boarding process
  • Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors.
  • Attend relevant seminars and training programs to keep appraised of developing   recruitment trends
  • Promote a positive selection process to support diversity and equal opportunity.
  • Ensure all applications in the Atlantach recruitment process enjoy a positive experience and ensuring timely feedback and communication is important for us
  • Liaising and Advising Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices
  • Providing Market information and insights to the Technical Resource Manager
  • Managing client relationships with the promotion of customer focus and quality delivery
  • Not to be afraid to bring forward new ideas which will benefit the business and our candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience working in Recruitment, a blend of agency and in-house recruitment would be an advantage
  • Experience of recruiting technical staff would be an advantage   
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels in the organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive approach to employee and candidate engagement
  • Excellent candidate management skills with the ability to engage at all stages of the process
  • Results driven and self-motivated
