Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop baseline schedules incorporating all phases of the project, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Update and monitor schedules regularly to track project progress and ensure all activities are completed on time.
• Identify and address schedule conflicts, delays, or changes, and propose corrective actions.
• Assign and manage resources within Primavera P6, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Analyze resource loading to optimize project efficiency and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Ensure schedules comply with contractual requirements and organizational standards.
• Adhere to industry best practices and project control guidelines.

Authority:

• You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
• Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ Experience in construction, engineering, or similar industries.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
