Currently we are hiring a Project Executive to join our team. This role is based in the office in Dallas with travel required as business needs arise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing calendars.
• Assist with organizing, tracking, and distributing project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely flow of information and materials.
• Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines; update logs and reports as required.
• Support the purchasing process by preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory records.
• Assist with logistics and site coordination, including visitor scheduling, PPE tracking, and daily crew logs (if based on-site).
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files, and input data into project management software.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field is preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation is advantageous.
