Currently, we are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team and are hiring a Product System Warranty Engineer to support a large-scale project with a very high-profile client in Co. Galway

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for understanding the development of the overall product system requirement specifications based on customer and internal specifications. 
  • To engage with Platform experts during  design reviews to keep up to speed on new Product Development.
  • To Identify critical system and component issues as relevant to 0Km and Warranty and to cascade this information to the warranty/OKM engineers to ensure the team has the latest information related to current and future product and to support system level issues within the NTF process
  • Review and comprehend system requirements and development.
  • Participate and activity member in Software, Hardware and product design reviews
  • Deliver schedules tasks within agreed time frames.
  • Support Standard list of Failure analysis and system level analysis for Warranty cases and 0Km.
  • Communicate product system information to the 0 km and Warranty team to ensure all checklists and analysis reflect the latest technology and product changes
  • Coaching and training the team in the product
  • Support No trouble found process at test stage 3 and 4  System and Vehicle tests)


You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.


  • 3 Years of experience in product development.
  • Demonstrated ability  troubleshooting and problem solving methodologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Context switching – able to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication skills – able to communicate concisely to different levels of the organization.
