Currently, we are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team and are hiring a Junior Mechanical Technicians to support a large-scale project with a very high-profile client in Co. Kildare
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professional customer engagement.
- Assist in commissioning of equipment tasks.
- Support the commissioning team on witness testing and snag checking.
- Interact and respond to project leads directions.
- Ability to work to tight timelines and schedules.
- Management and documentation of project.
- Witnesses visual inspections, checks rating and material for connection.
- Check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.
Authority:
- You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
Requirements:
- Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / Fitter / Instrumentation background
- Construction site experience essential
- Ability to read P&ID drawings
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Strong team working ethos.
- Strong team player
- Problem Solver
