Currently, we are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team and are hiring a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to support a large-scale project with a very high-profile client in Co. Kildare

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out site walks and create snag lists as the project.
  • Professional customer engagement.
  • Interact and respond to project leads directions.
  • Ability to work to tight timelines and schedules.
  • Pro-active attitude generates ideas and inputs to deliverables to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the project.
  • Management and documentation of project.
  • Performs punch-listing operations. 
  • Oversees visual inspections, checks rating and material for connection.
  • Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections. 

Authority:

  • You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
  • Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree Qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, MS Office
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
