Our Client
One of the world’s largest beverage companies being in business for over 150 years, billions of dollars in revenue and tens of thousands of employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction, installation, and maintenance of Air Separation Units at the semiconductor facility.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor and enforce safety and environmental compliance throughout all construction activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and projects are on track.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Work with equipment vendors and suppliers to source necessary materials and equipment.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial mechanical engineering or project management.
- Prior experience with semiconductor facilities, particularly in managing Air Separation Units, is a strong advantage.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for the project.
