Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction, installation, and maintenance of Air Separation Units at the semiconductor facility.
  • Coordinate and oversee project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and enforce safety and environmental compliance throughout all construction activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and projects are on track.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with equipment vendors and suppliers to source necessary materials and equipment.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial mechanical engineering or project management.
  • Prior experience with semiconductor facilities, particularly in managing Air Separation Units, is a strong advantage.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for the project.
