Edith McShane

Edith has a Degree in Human Resources from Sligo IT and 16 years’ experience working within the recruitment profession. She has worked across many engineering and technical projects throughout her career, recruiting and attracting all levels of engineering resources for projects globally and building successful pipelines of qualified personnel. Passionate and ambitious in what she does, she engages and builds relationships with key company stakeholders, employees and prospective candidates. Edith’s role is integral as she manages the recruitment strategy for the company which supports the business growth. Edith has a real passion for candidate engagement, bringing people into a business, and thoroughly enjoys watching their careers grow. Edith is with the company since March, 2021.
